RuneStone                                                                ,
Microchip# ________________________and AKC registration #                                                    ,

A Female Companion Puppy from the litter described above subject to the following terms:
1.) Breeder/Seller warrants that the above-described Puppy/Dog is a purebred Neapolitan Mastiff registerable with the American Kennel Club and is micro-
chipped (Microchip#                                          ) and registered as such with AKC Companion Animal Recovery. It is the Buyer(s)’ responsibility to keep
his/her address and phone up to date with the Breeder/Seller as the Breeder/Seller will be retained as primary contact with the CAR program and the Buyer
(s) as the secondary contact.
2.) Breeder/Seller warrant that the above-described Puppy/Dog is in good health at the time Buyer(s) assume ownership and that the Puppy/Dog has been
examined by a licensed veterinarian before shipping to the Buyer(s). Breeder(s)/Co-Owners agree to disclose any known*** health issues or negative
characteristics if known before the Puppy/Dog is released or shipped to the Buyer(s). Breeder/Seller agrees that the Puppy/Dog has had proper care,
nutrition and age appropriate socialization to date. See Health Disclosures***
Buyer(s) agrees to have the Puppy/Dog examined by a licensed Veterinarian within two (2) days (not including weekends and holidays) of receipt of
Puppy/Dog at the Buyer(s)’ expense. Papers will be withheld until proof of veterinarian exam within two (2) days (not including weekends and holidays) and
a copy of the vet exam from the vet’s office with it’s letterhead on the document is received by the Breeder/Seller.
If, as a result of the examination, the Buyer(s)’ Veterinarian determines that the Puppy/Dog is not in good health (except known disclosures) then the Buyer
(s) shall elect to keep the Puppy/Dog or return the Puppy/Dog to the Breeder/Seller for a refund. If the Buyer(s) elect to return the Puppy/Dog, Buyer(s)
shall, within 10 days after the date of the signing of this contract, send to Breeder/Seller by certified mail a written Veterinarian's certificate stating that the
Puppy/Dog was in ill health when examined with specific issues named.

Buyer(s) Initials and Date________________________

2.) Cont’d: Upon receipt by Breeder/Seller of said certificate, Buyer(s) shall be obligated to return the Puppy/Dog to Breeder/Seller at Buyer(s) expense.
Upon receipt of the Puppy/Dog, the Breeder/Seller shall be obligated to refund all monies received from Buyer(s) toward the purchase price of the
Puppy/Dog, and further performance under this contract shall be null and void. All action taken to return the Puppy/Dog shall be done with the best interest
of the Puppy/Dog in mind includes temperature at time of shipment, non-stop flights, etc. Buyer(s) will not refund any money for shipping to or from the
Buyer(s).
3.) Due to the large incidence of dysplasia with this giant breed, the Breeder/Seller will not provide a guarantee for dysplasia of any joints (crippling dysplasia
in an exception to this if the Puppy/Dog must be euthanized before one year of age; the Breeder/Seller will replace the Puppy/Dog at the earliest
convenience for the Breeder/Seller and at the Breeder/Seller’s choice of litter and Puppy/Dog of equal or better value/quality). Environment must not be the
causative agent: pulled cruciate, accidents, too many stairs, too much exercise inappropriate to this breed, rough exercise, too much training on hard
surfaces, playing too roughly with other dogs, inappropriate diet for growing giant breed puppies, lack of joint supplements fed, etc.  There must be at least
one examination by an orthopedic veterinary specialist and the results must be forwarded to the Breeder/Seller’s vet for comparison (x-rays, clinical findings,
etc) before any decisions are made in regards to euthanasia or treatment. Buyer(s) will be responsible for all vet costs.
Breeder/Seller also does NOT provide a guarantee for other health problems including (but not limited to) cherry eye, demodectic mange, parasites, staph
infections, yeast infections, vaginitis, juvenile vulva, tucked vulva, urinary tract infections, entropia, ectropia, coccidia, umbilical hernia, base narrow lower
canines, loose joints, prominent cartilage junction on ribs, infertility, bloat, congenital defects, respiratory infections, heart problems (an exception to this is if
the Puppy/Dog must be euthanized before one year of age for cardiomyopathy), treatable or benign heart murmurs, limping, lameness, HOD, Panosteitis
and/or interdigital cysts. If the Puppy/Dog becomes crippled due to dysplasia or is diagnosed with generalized demodex, develops epilepsy, cardiomyopathy
or other diseases of the internal organs that are not caused by poisoning or from ingesting some foreign body and has to be put down before one year of
age the Breeder(s)Co/Owner(s) will replace the Puppy/Dog. The Breeder/Seller will replace the Puppy/Dog at the earliest convenience for the Breeder/Seller
and at the Breeder/Seller’s choice of litter and Puppy of equal or better value/quality.

Buyer(s)’ Initials and Date________________________

3.) Cont’d: If the issue of euthanasia EVER comes up the Puppy/Dog must be seen by a licensed veterinarian and a specialist in regards to whatever
problem is occurring and the results must be forwarded to the Breeder/Seller’s vet for comparison (x-rays, clinical findings, etc) before any decisions are
made in regards to euthanasia at any age. If the Breeder/Seller’s vet disagrees with the Buyer(s)’ vet a third independent vet must be consulted.
If the Buyer(s) choose a replacement Puppy/Dog, Buyer(s) and Breeder/Seller shall make prompt arrangements within 10 days of receipt of certified letter
and Veterinarian certification. Buyer(s) and Breeder/Seller will follow the advice of all vets involved. Buyer(s) shall be responsible for taking good and
reasonable care of the Puppy/Dog until such decisions are made for euthanasia or for the return of the Puppy/Dog to the Breeder/Seller. Buyer(s) will be
responsible for all vet costs. Costs and related expenses of returning the Puppy/Dog to Breeder/Seller shall be the obligation of the Breeder/Seller. Costs and
related expenses of sending the replacement Puppy/Dog to the Buyer(s) shall be the obligation of the Breeder/Seller.
Buyer(s) will refrain from posting on the internet, printing, or speaking (including email) any remarks about health issues in regards to the Puppy/Dog as they
may be taken out of context and may be damaging to the Breeder/Seller’s reputation.  These issues SHOULD ALWAYS be discussed ONLY with the
Breeder/Seller.  The Breeder/Seller will always be available to answer questions or assist with any issues, conditions or problems throughout the lifetime of the
Puppy/Dog if contacted by the Buyer(s).  It is the Breeder/Seller’s responsibility to mentor the Buyer(s).
The Breeder/Seller discusses and consults when possible and compares health issues with other Breeders and bloodlines, studies pedigrees and bloodlines
extensively and tries to learn from any known health issues that occur including advising other Breeders on breeding from known lines that have resulted
from the Breeder/Sellers litters.
If ANY health problems or issues arise –EVER- the Buyer(s) MUST INFORM the Breeder/Seller with a phone call and give the Breeder/Seller at least 48 hours to
respond unless it’s a life threatening situation; if it’s a life threatening situation - follow your vet’s advice or get to an emergency vet if it’s after hours. If it’s an
emergency please call day or night – please leave a message or text me if possible at 763-742-3140 – if we’re sleeping, I will return your call when I wake up
and call you back as soon as possible. If there is treatment involved for a non-life threatening situation the Breeder/Seller must be informed BEFORE
treatment is administered. The Neapolitan Mastiff is a little understood breed – especially in the case of demodec, cherry eye, dysplasia, enlarged heart in
young females, excess vaginal folds/vaginitis/tucked vulva, etc. Please call the Breeder/Seller so that the Breeder/Seller can advise you from years of
experience. Absolutely uncalled for procedures have been administered to puppies/adults when it wasn’t necessary. Most vets have little or no experience
with Neapolitan Mastiffs. Hopefully the Breeder/Seller can save you time, money and unnecessary pain to your Puppy/Dog.
Buyer(s)’ Initials and Date________________________
4.) As a condition of the Ownership, the Buyer(s) will be financially responsible for ALL day to day care of this Puppy/Dog and for cherry eye surgery,
entropia surgery, ectropian surgery or any other surgeries involving the eyes or the eye folds; surgery due to bloat or cruciate ligament rupture or any of
the other ailments involving surgery.  If the Buyer(s) cannot fulfill these obligations, the Breeder/Seller will take back the Puppy/Dog at no cost to the
Breeder/Seller and there will be no refund to the Buyer(s).
5.) Full AKC Ownership of the Puppy/Dog will be assumed by the Buyer(s) for the sale price of
$               US to be paid in payments as follows: a $250 Non-Refundable Deposit on execution of the Deposit and Purchase Agreement before shipping the
Puppy/Dog or to hold the Puppy/Dog with the balance of $ SEE NOTES AT END OF CONTRACT*** to be paid before shipping the Puppy/Dog or the whole
sum total as the first and only payment. If the puppy is being personally delivered or met by the Buyer(s) then please bring cash.
6.) If the balance is not paid by the shipping or delivery date or on or before the date that has been agreed upon, this Agreement shall be cancelled and the
Buyer(s) forfeits the deposit given hereunder unless new arrangements within a reasonable time-frame have been made. In the event of hardship, the
deposit and/or any monies paid may be carried over to the next litter and a Puppy/Dog chosen by and at the discretion of the Breeder/Seller will be offered
to the Buyer(s) of the same or better quality.
7.) The Puppy/Dog being purchased by the Buyer(s) is being sold as a Pet/Companion.  We sell all our dogs as Companions even if they seem to be Show
or Breeding Potential because we want to stress that they should be cared for as a member of the family first. The Buyer(s) agrees that each Neapolitan
Mastiff Puppy/Dog develops her own characteristics, and the Breeder/Seller can provide NO guarantee that the Puppy/Dog will develop into Conformation
Show or Breed quality in its lifetime.  It will be the choice of the Buyer(s) whether or not to show the Puppy/Dog in Conformation events unless this
agreement states otherwise.  The Breeder/Seller will not be held responsible in any manner, either financial or otherwise, if the Neapolitan Mastiff purchased
under this agreement does not develop to meet the standard for Breed Conformation and get awarded a champion title.  If the Buyer(s) choose to show
the Puppy/Dog, or to breed her, the Breeder/Seller will mentor the Buyer(s).  If the Buyer(s) makes the Breeder/Seller aware of his/her intention to breed or
show the Puppy/Dog, the Breeder/Seller will do everything possible to help place the correct Puppy/Dog to the Buyer(s) for the situation. The Buyer(s) will
pay all future stud, breeding, whelping and litter fees and costs if the Puppy/Dog will be used for breeding purposes.

Buyer(s)’ Initials and Date________________________

8.) Buyer(s) agrees that ear cropping is a personal choice and the Buyer(s) will pay all expenses for this procedure and not hold the Breeder/Seller
responsible financial or otherwise if the procedure results in the disfigurement or death of the Puppy/Dog.
9.) Buyer(s) agree to allow the Breeder/Seller or Breeder/Seller’s representative to visit the home premises anytime it is suspected that the Puppy/Dog is
being neglected or abused.  Buyer(s) will provide Breeder/Seller with proof of vaccinations and treatments upon request if it is suspected that the
Puppy/Dog is not being provided with proper veterinary care. The Breeder/Seller or Breeder/Seller’s representative reserves the right to confiscate the
Puppy/Dog if these suspicions are proven.
10.) Buyer(s) agrees to use the kennel prefix (RuneStone) and the name chosen by the Breeder/Seller on the AKC registration paper.  The Buyer(s) may use
a different call name, but the registered name will not be changed unless a different name WITH the kennel prefix is agreed upon.
11.) Buyer(s) agrees that he/she is not acting as an agent in the purchase or this Puppy/Dog and that Buyer(s) will not sell this Puppy/Dog or its progeny to
any agent, pet store, puppy mill or guard dog business. The Puppy/Dog or its progeny will not be used for experimental or laboratory purposes.
12.) Buyer(s) agree that the Puppy/Dog will reside at the home of the Buyer(s), to confine the animal in a fenced yard or kennel run, and walk on leash
when out-of-doors, not be chained or tethered, (unless it is temporary and for the safety of the Puppy/Dog) and will be provided with proper housing, a
high quality diet suited to growing giant breed puppies; to keep all immunizations current according to AVMA guidelines with annual veterinary checkups,
including heartworm check; to properly administer heartworm preventative and allow mild exercise on a daily basis with a walk not to exceed 10 minutes per
day (at 10 - 12 weeks old) and to be increased according to the Breeder/Seller’s advice as the Puppy/Dog’s joints mature. Buyer(s) must agree to follow
advice in regards to the Protein level, Fat level, Calcium/Phosphorus ratios and Carbohydrates in the food fed to the Puppy/Dog in its first year of life. Buyer
(s) will provide proper exercise not to exceed the limitations of the structure of the Puppy/Dog.  Buyer(s) agree that the Puppy/Dog will be provided with a
proper and safe kennel or crate when left unsupervised.  The Puppy/Dog will be placed in a travel crate for the trip home.
13.) Buyer(s) agrees that if at any time this contract is not honored by the Buyer(s), the Breeder/Seller may confiscate the Puppy/Dog and provide the
Puppy/Dog with a proper and caring home.  Any expenses incurred for this act, including legal and travel expenses, will be paid by the Buyer(s) named in
this contract.

Buyer(s)’ Initials and Date________________________

14.) Buyer(s) agrees to never breed this dog with any breed of dog other than another AKC, CKC registered or FCI/AKC/CKC (not FIC) registerable
Neapolitan Mastiff.  If the dog will be bred, the Breeder/Seller encourages “only the breeding of this animal that will better the breed” according to the set
standards for the Neapolitan Mastiff.  We encourage the Buyer(s) to research bloodlines and the process of breeding Neapolitan Mastiffs before planning to
breed and accept some mentorship from the Breeder/Seller.  Improving the breed and improving health should always be the number one priority in
breeding.  As a condition of this Ownership the Buyer(s) agrees to be mentored and Breeder/Seller will help determine which stud should be used for the
breeding of a female Bitch. However, the Buyer(s) will have complete control over who the Bitch can be bred to; the Breeder(s) will always be available for
any advice or help in any area of the Bitch’s life or of the Neapolitan Mastiff breed in general and will mentor when needed.
15.) If the Puppy/Dog sold has a disqualifying fault, the Puppy/Dog will be registered on a “Limited” registration only.  (This Puppy is IS being sold on
“Limited Registration”.)  If a fault such as a severe overbite corrects itself in the future, the “Limited” registration can be changed by the Breeder/Seller only.
If this dog is sold on a limited registration:
a)        A dog with a limited registration cannot be entered in any AKC conformation events.
b)        The offspring of this animal cannot be registered by the AKC.
c)        This dog is sold as a non-breeding animal.
d)        The seller, in no uncertain terms, DOES NOT want this bitch bred without consent, nor sold to a Puppy mill.
e)        If this bitch is bred without written consent of the seller, the Buyer(s) agree to pay $5,000 to the seller within 3 months of the litter’s birth.
f)         If this bitch is re-sold to a Puppy mill or other breeding operation, the Buyer(s) agrees to pay $10,000 to the seller within 3 months of the sale.
g)        The Buyer(s) agree to spay/neuter the dog.
h)        A dog that has a limited registration can have its registration up-graded to full registration only upon the written request of the BREEDER/SELLER,
NOT THE CURRENT OWNER, and so submitted to the AKC.

Buyer(s)’ Initials and Date________________________

16.) ***This Puppy/Dog is NOT being sold with Full registration.
17.) Buyer(s) agree that at least one basic obedience and/or Conformation training will be completed with the Puppy/Dog. Should the Puppy/Dog exhibit
aggressive behavior which Buyer(s) deems intolerable and irreversible within 12 months after purchase, Buyer(s) will provide Breeder/Seller with proof that
the Puppy/Dog has been sufficiently socialized and that obedience classes and other structured training methods have been attempted with no results.
Upon receipt of such proof, evaluations of Puppy/Dog will be scheduled with three recognized Breeder(s) or trainers, one to be chosen by Buyer(s), one to
be chosen by Breeder/Seller, and one to be chosen jointly. Should Puppy/Dog be deemed overly aggressive by two of the chosen Breeder/Seller/trainers,
Breeder/Seller will arrange for euthanasia of Puppy/Dog and provide Buyer(s) with a replacement Puppy/Dog as soon as such a Puppy/Dog is available to
Breeder/Seller.
18.) The Buyer(s) agree to allow the Breeder/Seller the right of first refusal should Buyer(s) decide to sell, relinquish or transfer Puppy/Dog. The
Breeder/Seller is allowed first option to buy back the dog at a reasonable price, not to exceed ½ of the initial purchase price of the dog.
If the Buyer(s) are unable to continue the care of this dog and need to rehome this dog, the Buyer(s) agree to contact the Breeder/Seller. The Breeder/Seller
does not agree to a refund of the purchase price, but will try to assist and advise in the placement of the dog in a suitable new home. The Buyer(s) agrees
that neither he/she, nor the Buyer(s)’ estate/executors may sell this Puppy/Dog or transfer Ownership of this Puppy/Dog without the Breeder/Seller’s
knowledge and written consent.
The Buyer(s) hereby agrees that if at any time the Buyer(s) cannot take proper care of the Puppy/Dog, the Buyer(s) must contact the Breeder/Seller and
the Breeder/Seller will have the first choice to either: (a) take the Puppy/Dog back at no cost to the Breeder/Seller or (b) assist the Buyer(s) in finding a
suitable home for the Puppy/Dog. The Buyer(s) agree to notify the Breeder/Seller of any changes of address during the Puppy/Dog lifetime. The
Breeder/Seller agree to notify the Buyer(s) of any change of address during the Puppy/Dog’s lifetime.
19). Buyer(s) agree to return the Puppy/Dog to the Breeder/Seller should the Buyer(s) choose to break, disregard or disrespect any of the portions of this
agreement and the remainder of the agreement will be considered null and void, and Breeder/Seller or representative will have the right to repossess the
Puppy/Dog.  The Puppy/Dog shall be returned to the Breeder/Seller at no cost to the Breeder/Seller.

Buyer(s)’ Initials and Date________________________
20.) The Buyer(s) and the Breeder/Seller agree that this Agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA in Rice County and may not
be altered, modified or rescinded unless agreed to in writing by Buyer(s) and Breeder/Seller. If this contract is changed by the Buyer(s) or anything is
crossed out or changed this contract is null and void and the Breeder/Seller will have the right to repossess the Puppy/Dog.

21.) Please see CONDITIONS*** And DISCLOSURES***

The Breeder/Seller agrees to disclose any known health issues or negative characteristics if known before the Puppy/Dog is released or shipped to the Buyer
(s).

Disclosures***:
The regular price from this litter of pups for this Puppy/Dog would have been $1800.00 to $2500.00. A heavy discount has been given to the Buyer(s) for
these conditions:
1.) Demodec is being treated and should be resolved. Breeder/Seller has <dipped> the Puppy/Dog with the product Mitoban according to the Breeder/Seller’
s vet’s instructions. It is anticipated but not guaranteed that this will remedy the situation. Buyer(s) should continue to use the shampoo Pyoben if needed
according to instructions.
2.) The Puppy/Dog has a hernia that may need to be fixed or it may close up as the Puppy/Dog matures. The Buyer(s) should follow his/her vet’s advice.
3.) The Puppy/Dog has been treated for HOD/Pano/Growing Pains symptoms with Clavamox and an anti-inflammatory and his diet was reduced from
Chicken Soup for the Soul Large Breed Puppy Food at 27% Protein and 13% fat (27/13) to Chicken Soup for the Soul Large Breed Adult food with a
Protein level of 23% and a fat level of 13% fat (23/13). Please ask me about calcium to phosphorus levels. Please do a google search for the ``Great Dane
Lady`` online. She is the best expert to listen to about growing giant breed dogs. (not growing large breed dogs).
Pet foods have become a HUGE business catering to the needs and wants of the people who own the pets, not the pets themselves. Things are not always
the way they seem. READ labels. Learn about dog foods. Do NOT feed your growing giant breed grain free food. There haven’t been ANY studies yet on
this. I have already put one dog down because she became crippled by 18 months. She was fed grain free dog food with high protein the first year it came
out from the time she was 4-5 months old.

Buyer(s)’ Initials and Date_______________________

  • Each Puppy will be sold at approximately the same price - pet or other.
  • (In some circumstances we reduce the price according to the specific situation)
  • We charge the  prices that we do for various reasons: it's expensive to breed and maintain this breed properly.
  • We guarantee the puppy - another breeder may sell puppies at a much lower price but might not guarantee them - they might not have a
contract and might not keep track of the dog for the rest of its life and be willing to take it back under any circumstances.
  • You may not be able to find the breeder later when you need them.
  • They are more like a pet shop.  We are not.
  • We also mentor you and help you when you need us to or want us to.
  • Our puppies are micro-chipped.  Most of ur breeding stock is DNA'd.
  • All of our puppies are raised in our home and socialized. All of our dogs live in our home and are our pets first.
  • Our dogs are AKC registered.  We screen for health problems.
  • We show our dogs - it's expensive - especially with the price of gas prices rising daily.  All this costs a lot of money.
  • The prices will usually run $1200 to $3500.
  • Older puppies and Co-Ownerships CAN be sold at a  lower price but with puppies back from a future breeding.
  • Sometimes a puppy price will be lowered for other reasons.
  • I also discount the price for anyone living within a 2 - 3 hour drive from us (Northfield, MN).
  • Shipping is extra.
  • Sometimes we can meet you 1/3 or 1/2 way if you live in the Midwest to deliver your new puppy if our schedule allows it and if you will pay our
costs for travelling (for gas - maybe 1 night for a motel -usually about $40 - $50 a night and they take pets) This will usually cost about $200
    - $250 paid to us vs $375 to $550 for air.
  • If shipping by air, the breeder will arrange for shipping, non-stop flights only if possible.  Flights will be arranged according to temperature,
the rules of the airline involved, price and the time available to accommodate the breeder and new owner.  The safety of the puppy comes
first! Prices vary from $375 to $425 for an 8 week old to 10 week old puppy - it depends on where you live in relation to Minneapolis-St. Paul,
Minnesota - the airport we use is Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport (airport code MSP), it's the only airport we ship from.
  • We include shipping insurance, crate, travel health exam and travel/health certificate in the shipping price.
  • The breeder and buyer will work together to figure out the date and time of shipping.  The Breeder calls the airlines and finds the most
reasonable cost for shipping.  The price and the airline depend upon the city where the puppy is being shipped to from Minneapolis-St Paul
    International Airport (MSP).
  • A travel/health certificate vet visit will be scheduled by the breeder before the puppy leaves our custody -  it's good for 10 days from the
date of issue.  A Health/Travel Certificate is required by all the airlines to be issued by a licensed veterinarian.   Even if a puppy is leaving
the state of Minnesota by car, van, etc a travel/health certificate is required.  Appropriate vaccinations and dewormings will have been
administered. Thepuppy will have had its tail docked. The puppy will receive an AKC microchip and it will be registered with CAR.  The puppy
will have had 2-4 vet visits and exams by the time it leaves us.
  • If a shipping date is arranged and then delayed by the buyer past the scheduled departure date and the time exceeds the 10 - day
Health/Travel Certificate, an additional$70 will be charged for a new travel/health certificate. (Our vet charges $50 for an office
visit/exam and $20 for a travel/health certificate). A safe shipping crate, approved by the airlines, runs $50 to $80 depending on the size of
the puppy or dog. If the shipping date has been delayed by the new owner and the puppy has grown to exceed the size of the regular puppy
crates, an additional crate charge for a larger crate will apply.
  • Ear cropping: The new owner assumes the risk, choice and expense of ear-cropping.
  • A $250 - $500 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a puppy from a present litter or  future litter.  This tells us that you're
serious about purchasing your new puppy or dog from us.  You can also ask to be put on our Email List (for free) - I email people who may be
interested in a puppy from us and want to be notified when we announce a breeding, confirm a pregnancy, have a litter, etc.
  • If you're planning to show or breed, please tell me as soon as possible.  Some puppies will be sold on co-ownerships.
  • If you are a handler or breeder that shows and is interested in a co-ownership, I am open to negotiation - trades for out-cross bloodlines, etc.
  • If you want a "pet" of high quality, it will cost the same as a "show/breed potential" puppy.  (Please see our web page: Show Potential)  We
never guarantee "show quality".  All ourpuppies are sold as pets first.  If you want a guaranteed "Show Dog", buy an adult dog.  Ifyou want to
show your puppy, we'll do our best to sell you a puppy appropriate for the "show ring".  This requires trust.  The puppy will have our kennel
name on it and if it will be shown, we want it to be the best puppy for you to show.  We'll reward $150 back for one AKC obedience title and
$300 back for one AKC Conformation Championship.  If there isn't a "show potential" puppy or they're already spoken for, I'll be honest with
you and recommend a future litter to pick from or refer you to another breeder.
  • Occasionally we'll have a pup with a disqualifying fault, and it will sell for less but with limited registration (spay-neuter only).  Please see our
    web page:  Breeding Potential.
  • We do not guarantee against cherry eye, bloat, staph or yeast infections, bad elbows,  umbilical hernias, entropia, corneal abrasions, demodex

WARNING: THIS IS ALOT OF INFO.
If you don't have the patience to read it all you WILL NOT
have the PATIENCE to own a Neapolitan Mastiff!
This should NOT be an impulse buy...and we do not operate like a pet shop.

Puppy Millers Go Away!
This should be a very well thought out decision.
We're talking about a living, breathing being who will be totally dependent on you.

It's almost like having or adopting a child.

It's a huge commitment and these puppies are sometimes harder to train than other puppies of other breeds.

Please research before you buy!
